Provider-Specific Terms — Linkwright for Jira

These Provider-Specific Terms supplement the Bonterms Standard End User Agreement for Linkwright for Jira, provided by Saad Lagzouli, sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel) trading as Linkwright (SIREN 130 855 364, France).

  1. Data Protection Addendum. The Bonterms Data Protection Addendum (Version 1.0), as completed by our DPA Setup Page at https://linkwright.io/dpa.html, applies to Customer Personal Data processed by the App.

  2. Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy at https://linkwright.io/privacy.html describes the data the App processes.

  3. Support. Support is provided by email at saad@linkwright.io, in English and French, on business days. We aim to answer within 2 business days. No uptime commitment is made beyond Atlassian Forge’s own availability, on which the App runs.

  4. Third-party services. The App reads data from GitHub under the customer’s own GitHub account and GitHub’s terms. GitHub is not a subcontractor of the Provider, and the Provider is not responsible for GitHub’s availability or for data GitHub does not deliver.

  5. Governing law and venue. These terms and the Agreement are governed by the laws of France. The courts of Créteil, France have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer or local law.
